It’s a gift, really, how you’re able to crush a person’s self-esteem with just a glance…or lack thereof. You have the power to destroy me and you do it so slowly and so perfectly. When I slap you, swear at you, kick you, bite you or hurt you, it’s not foreplay. I don’t enjoy being left with a bruised ego and the only times I enjoy a bruised leg are in bed....
